Bahareh G.

Bahareh G. has extensive work experience in the legal field. Bahareh began their career as a Notarieel Medewerkster at Koch Notarissen in 2006 and then moved on to WTS Advocaten en Notariaat in 2008. In 2009, they joined Expertisecentrum Arbeidsjuridisch (onderdeel van het ministerie van BZK) as a Juridisch Medewerkster bezwaar en beroep, where they stayed until 2011. Bahareh then worked as a Student-stagiaire at ScheerSanders advocaten in 2014. From 2012 to 2014, they were a Jurist at Flex-e B.V. In 2014, Bahareh joined Intertrust Group as a Junior Company Lawyer and later became a Company Lawyer until 2019. Bahareh is currently working as a Legal Counsel at Robeco.

Bahareh G. has a strong educational background with a focus on corporate law and governance. In 2003, they began their education at De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences, where they completed a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree in HBO-Rechten in 2009. Bahareh then enrolled at Erasmus University Rotterdam in 2009 and completed a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Master Privaatrecht in 2012. Following this, in 2016, they attended the University of Amsterdam, specializing in Vennootschaps- en rechtspersonenrecht (Corporate law). In 2022, Bahareh briefly pursued a program at Nyenrode Business University, gaining insight into Corporate Governance 12.
