Karim Loukili

Karim Loukili has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Karim is currently the Global Head of Reward at Robeco since October 2021. Before that, they worked at Nordea from 2018 to 2021, where they held the positions of Head of Broad Based Reward and Head of Corporate Compensation. From 2015 to 2018, Karim worked at ING Nederland as a Senior Reward Manager. Prior to that, they worked at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. from 2009 to 2015, initially as a Reward Advisor and later as a Senior Reward Advisor. Karim started their career at Yacht in 2006 as an Assistant Controller. Karim also gained experience as a Supply Chain Analyst at Syngenta Seeds in 2009. Karim had their first role in the financial sector at ABN AMRO Bank in 2007 as a Direct and Deferred Compensation Analyst. Karim began their professional journey as a Financial Accountant at Postbank in 2006.

Karim Loukili completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Economics from Inholland University of Applied Sciences between 2002 and 2006. Afterward, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science degree in Controlling from Nyenrode Business University, which they successfully completed between 2007 and 2012.
