Pauls Pontags has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their role as an Academic Research Teaching Assistant at Erasmus School of Economics, where they taught students how to write academic research reports and led tutorials. Pauls then joined MAEUR - Marketing Association EUR as part of the Bachelor Consultancy Project Committee, focusing on marketing research for Dutch companies. Following that, they worked as a Student Consultant at Nederlandse Loterij, conducting market research to develop solutions for retaining customers. Currently, Pauls is gaining experience at Robeco, where they started as a Financial Risk Management Intern and is currently working as a Working Student in Financial Risk Management (FRM). In this role, they support the Robeco Executive Committee by identifying, monitoring, and reporting various risks.
