Heidi Alonzo

Heidi Alonzo has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent position being Director of Human Resources at Robert A.M. Stern Architects since August 2016. Prior to that, they were the HR Director at Hogarth Worldwide from June 2015 to August 2016. From June 2012 to June 2015, they worked as the People Director at Hall & Partners, where they focused on talent management, employee engagement, culture building, learning and development, and recruiting initiatives. Before that, Heidi was an HR Senior Generalist at Ipreo from February 2010 to June 2012. Heidi also served as an HR Manager at The Nielsen Company from January 2005 to February 2010 and as an Employment Assistant at New York Presbyterian Hospital from June 2003 to January 2005.

Heidi Alonzo completed their undergraduate education at the Questrom School of Business, Boston University from 1999 to 2003. Heidi earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Administration, focusing on Marketing and International Management. After a gap of a few years, Heidi pursued further education and attended Baruch College from 2007 to 2009. Heidi obtained a Master's degree in Industrial and Labor Relations during this period.
