Kieran Rawlings

Kieran Rawlings has a strong work history with experience in various roles. Kieran began their career as a Store Manager at The Co-operative Group from 1999 to 2001. Kieran then joined Robert Dyas as a Store Manager from 2001 to 2009. After that, they were promoted to District Manager at Robert Dyas from 2009 to 2018, where they successfully led and supported a team of Store Managers. Kieran then took on the role of Head of Operational Planning & Communications at Robert Dyas from 2018 to 2019. Following that, Kieran became the Head of Operations at Robert Dyas from 2019 to 2023, responsible for overseeing and managing operations. Kieran then took on the role of Head of Joint Stores & New Store Proposition at Robert Dyas for a brief period in 2023 before being promoted to the role of Head of Central Operations & Business Development, where they currently serve.

Kieran Rawlings' education history begins in 1986 when they attended Churchers College, where they studied for their G.C.S.Es until 1991. Following this, from 1991 to 1993, they pursued their A-Levels at Havant College. In 2013, Kieran attended the Oxford Summer School, completing a course in Retailing and Retail Operations, earning a City & Guilds certification.
