With over 25 years of experience as a UK qualified chartered accountant in both the UK and UAE, Amir has demonstrated expertise in audit, compliance, and operational finance. Previous roles include Chief Financial Officer at ASDA'A BCW, Finance Director for the GCC at Häfele SE & Co KG, and Regional Finance Compliance Manager at Johnson Controls, among others. Amir holds a BA (Hons) in Economics from Nottingham Trent University.
