Kristen Stough

Kristen Stough is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in recruitment and leadership within the finance and accounting sectors. As Vice President and Practice Director at Robert Half since May 2012, Kristen has led a team of Recruiting Managers, contributing to year-over-year growth and team development, and has successfully opened a new division focused on Finance and Accounting Operations. Prior roles include AVP, Division Director, and Recruiting Manager at Robert Half, as well as a Staffing Consultant at Cross Country Healthcare, where Kristen managed full-cycle recruitment in the Allied Health division. Kristen’s earlier experience includes serving as Operations Manager at Hotel Equities, where responsibilities included mentoring staff and developing training manuals, and as a Fundraiser for the Republican National Committee, where significant fundraising achievements were realized. Kristen holds a degree from Penn State University.
