Ashton Wight

Ashton Wight has extensive experience in environmental health and safety, currently serving as an EHS Trainer, Analyst, and Behavior-Based Safety Manager at Robert Heely Construction since January 2020. Prior roles include Waste Coordinator at Patriot Environmental Services, where responsibilities involved waste analysis and client support, and Environmental Staff Technician at E&B Green Solutions, focusing on waste management and spill reporting. At TIC The Industrial Company, Ashton held the dual role of Safety Coordinator and Project Environmental Coordinator, ensuring crew compliance and training in safety practices. Ashton Wight obtained an Associate's degree in Communications from Bakersfield College between 2015 and 2020, following graduation from Centennial High School in 2006.
