Kevin Couch

Kevin Couch has extensive experience in various management roles within the construction and irrigation sectors. Since May 2014, Kevin has served in multiple positions, including Environment, Health and Safety Manager, Operations Manager, and Project Manager at Robert Heely Construction. Prior to this, Kevin held the position of General Manager at both Alpaugh Irrigation District and McAllister Ranch Irrigation District from 2004 to 2011, and served as Operations and Maintenance Manager at Madera-Chowchilla Water & Power Authority from 1999 to 2004. Kevin’s career began at Friant Water Users Authority, where Kevin was Operations Supervisor for nearly two decades. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Alameda College and additional education from Stratford Career Institute.
