Rachel Evans

Rachel Evans has extensive work experience in the recruitment industry, particularly in financial services and change & transformation roles. Rachel currently works at Robert Walters as a Business Director, overseeing both contract and permanent hiring in the financial services sector. Prior to this, Rachel held the position of Principal Financial Services Recruitment Lead and Senior Financial Services Recruitment Lead at the same company. Rachel has also worked at HSBC as a Recruitment Partner and at Korn Ferry Futurestep in various recruitment roles. In addition, Rachel has prior experience at Parker Bridge Recruitment NZ as a Consultant and Recruitment Administrator.

Rachel Evans obtained a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration degree in Human Resource Management and Marketing from Victoria University of Wellington, where they attended from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed NCEA Level 3 at Hauraki Plains College from 2004 to 2008, with a focus on Accounting, Economics, Maths with Statistics, English, and Physical Education.
