Claire Morduch

Claire Morduch is a Senior Impact Investment Operations Analyst at the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation since March 2023, with an extensive background in nonprofit consulting that began in February 2014. Morduch provides strategic planning, financial analysis, and organizational assessment for both start-ups and established nonprofits, collaborating with funders, lenders, and associations. Previously, Morduch served on the Board of Directors for the Cooperative Fund of New England, where leadership included chairing the Development Committee. As Director of Finance and Administration at Connecticut Voices for Children, key responsibilities included managing the Family Economic Security program and co-convening the Connecticut Asset Building Collaborative. Prior experience includes working as an Associate Partner at BWB Solutions, LLC, focusing on project management and client relations for nonprofits and social enterprises. Morduch holds a Master of Public and Private Management in Nonprofit Management and Organizational Behavior from Yale School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Oberlin College.
