Chandana Biswas

Chandana Biswas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and human resources management. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Manager of HR and Admin at Codaemon since February 2014, Chandana plays a key role in hiring and implementing administrative systems to support operations. As a Chapter Representative for the Robin Hood Army since March 2023, coordination of chapter activities is a primary responsibility. Previous roles include Project Manager at Naik Environment Research Institute Ltd., Associate Environmental Scientist at Kirloskar Consultants, Project Assistant at the National Environmental Engineering Research Institute, and Environmental Scientist at Constell Consultants Pvt Ltd. Chandana holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and Services from XLRI, completed in December 2021.
