Sagar Venkateswaran

Sagar Venkateswaran is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the field of engineering and management. Currently a Partner at Robin Hood Ventures since June 2017, Sagar also serves as President and CEO of OptiXtal, Inc., a company specializing in the manufacturing of supercapacitors, since February 2003. Additionally, Sagar has held the position of President at Peacock Laboratories, Inc. since May 1999, following a prior role as Vice President from May 1996 to May 1999. Sagar's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Physics with a focus on Electronic Materials from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, a Master's Degree in Physics from Kansas State University, a Bachelor's degree in Physics and Mechanical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and postdoctoral research at the University of Pennsylvania in the Department of Chemical Engineering and Materials Science from 1994 to 1996.
