Bart Portegijs

Bart Portegijs currently serves as a Data-analyst/Data-scientist at Robin Radar Systems B.V. since December 2016, focusing on improving radar systems through statistics, machine learning, and deep learning, while also automating reports for customers. Previously, Bart held positions as Chairman of Stichting Oud-leden SSR-Leiden, Data Analyst at KPN, Treasurer at Stichting Materiële Voorzieningen SSR-Leiden, and Student Assistant at APE, in addition to earlier roles at Axxicom Schiphol and the Jonge Socialisten in de PvdA. Bart's educational background includes a Master of Science in Econometrics and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics from the University of Amsterdam, along with an initial study in Political Science at Leiden University.
