Desiree Desai

Desiree Desai is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent strategy and operations. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Talent Strategy & Operations at Robinhood since March 2021, Desiree previously held multiple leadership roles at Binc, where responsibilities included managing HR functions, benefits, compliance, and budgeting from June 2013 to March 2021. Desiree began a career in education at Barry University, first as Assistant Director and later as Associate Director of Continuing Education, where oversight of academic programs and faculty relations took priority. Additional experience includes directorial roles in career services at Carrington College California and sales management at Applied Source, Inc., along with early administrative work as a Referral Coordinator in the medical field. Desiree earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Barry University.
