Joe Cuaderno is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance and team leadership. Currently serving as a Fraud Operations Team Leader at Robinhood since October 2021, Joe has also led teams in Balance Recovery and Customer Trust & Safety within the same organization. Prior to Robinhood, Joe held various roles at National Debt Relief, LLC from November 2017 to October 2021, culminating in positions as Financial Negotiations Team Lead and Product Manager. Joe's career began in the health and fitness sector, including roles such as Fitness Sales Manager at In-Shape Health Clubs and Fitness Supervisor and Personal Trainer at Sydney Uni Sport & Fitness. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UC Santa Barbara, along with business degrees from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and study abroad in Marketing at The University of Sydney Business School, complemented by coursework from Harvard Business School Online.
