James started their career as a Customer Care Specialist at the International Speedway Corporation, where they assisted customers and achieved sales targets. James then worked at Daytona Beach International Airport as an Airport Operations Officer, responsible for security and compliance with regulations. James Scaglia completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Air Traffic Controller from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, which they attended from 2011 to 2014.
