Paul Ruscko

Paul Ruscko is an experienced professional in the field of civil engineering, currently serving as the Water/Wastewater Department Manager at Robinson Engineering, Ltd. since January 2017, focusing on the design of water and wastewater treatment systems and conducting feasibility studies. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Project Manager at HR Green, Inc., where oversight was provided for a significant wastewater treatment plant expansion, and as Public Works Director for both the City of Woodstock and the Village of Lakewood, managing substantial budgets and implementing critical infrastructure programs. Ruscko began their career at Baxter & Woodman as a Project Manager, leading municipal infrastructure projects from inception to completion. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an Associate’s Degree in Engineering Science from the College of Lake County.
