David H. Martin

David H. Martin is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in managing HR functions across various industries. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Robinson Stave and Cumberland Cooperage since January 2018, David oversees HR operations for a premier manufacturer of charred white oak barrels. Prior to this role, David held the position of Human Resources Manager at Green Circle Growers, Inc., where responsibilities included managing HR for a wholesale greenhouse with significant sales. David's experience also includes positions at Emerson, Columbia Forest Products, and Earthgrains Company, demonstrating expertise in staffing, employee relations, and HRIS management across multiple non-union facilities. David holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Eastern Kentucky University.
