Ashima Sehgal

Ashima Sehgal is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and management. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Roblox since December 2023, Ashima leads the Music Content team within the Roblox Creator organization. Prior to this role, Ashima spent over five years at Amazon Music, where the position of Senior Software Development Manager involved leading the "Discovery" portfolio, utilizing machine learning to enhance customer experiences. Previous roles include Software Development Manager at Restoration Hardware, focusing on Site Reliability and CI/CD practices, and as a Senior Development Lead at AAXIS Commerce, overseeing the development of an eCommerce platform. Ashima's early career includes positions at Ketera Technologies, Tavant Technologies, and Satyam Computers, demonstrating a strong foundation in software development and engineering principles. Ashima holds a B.Tech in Electronics & Communication from the National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar, India.
