Kapil B.

Kapil B. serves as a Senior Director of Engineering at Roblox, leading the Infrastructure-Networking organization and overseeing the entire networking stack. With extensive experience in the tech industry, Kapil has held prominent roles such as Director of Infrastructure at Meta, where responsibilities included Technical Product Management for the network stack, and Director of Azure Network Infrastructure Engineering at Microsoft, managing the design and scale of global networks. Additionally, Kapil has served as a Leadership Coach/Mentor with Torch, mentoring leaders in the Hi-Tech and Automotive sectors. Previous roles include managerial positions at Rackspace, TravelClick, eLynx, and Hawaii Pacific Teleport, along with a foundation in education as a Master Tutor at Hawaii Pacific University. Kapil holds a Master of Science from Hawaii Pacific University, a Bachelor of Engineering from North Maharashtra University, and is currently pursuing Executive Education at MIT Sloan School of Management.
