Manuel Bronstein has been a product leader in the consumer and entertainment spaces for over 20 years.
Most recently he served as Vice President of Product at Google, leading the Google Assistant. During his tenure Google Assistant grew to more than 500M monthly active users across phones, speakers, TVs, cars and smart displays, making the product available in more than 90 countries and 30 languages Prior to Google Assistant, Manuel was Vice President of Product at YouTube, overseeing YouTube’s mobile, desktop and living room applications, as well as live streaming, growth, and community. He also led efforts to launch YouTube Kids, YouTube Music and YouTube Games. During his time at YouTube, the service reached more than 1.5B monthly active viewers and more than 1B daily watch hours. Before joining YouTube, Manuel was VP of Product and General Manager at Zynga, where he led games and platform teams working on Zynga Poker, FarmVille, and the Zynga Network. Prior to Zynga, Manuel held product, strategy, and planning roles at Xbox during the development, launch and growth of Xbox 360 Before his time in tech, Manuel worked at P&G’s brand management team in Latin America. Manuel grew up in Caracas, Venezuela.
He holds a BS in Electronics Engineering from Universidad Simon Bolivar and an MBA from U.C. Berkeley’s Haas School of Business. He lives in Palo Alto with his wife and two kids, and enjoys investing in and advising early stage consumer tech companies.
