Neil Johari

Neil Johari is a Senior Software Engineer at Roblox since July 2021, where significant achievements include serving as Incident Manager On Call and enhancing site reliability through the development of various tooling for feature flag management utilized by over 40 microservices. Prior to Roblox, Neil founded eecs.courses, an online learning platform for Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, where backend and frontend solutions were implemented, although the service is currently paused due to constraints. Neil's earlier experience includes multiple instructional assistant roles at the University of Michigan College of Engineering, where responsibilities involved creating patches for an autograder, guiding students, and assisting in the development of new courses. Neil holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Computer Science from the University of Michigan College of Engineering and has participated in pre-collegiate programs at Stanford University and the New York Institute of Technology.
