Shalini Hemachandran

Shalini Hemachandran is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and management. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Roblox since June 2022, Shalini previously held various leadership roles at Palo Alto Networks from January 2018 to May 2022, including Senior Software Engineering Manager and Software Engineering Manager. Earlier career experiences include a Software Engineering Internship at HomeAway.com in 2017 and a Senior Software Engineer position at NMSWorks Software (P) Ltd. from June 2012 to August 2016, where Shalini led the development of critical modules for fault analysis and service impact prediction in distributed networks.
