Shweta Sharma

Shweta Sharma is an experienced engineering manager at Roblox, having held various positions since January 2019, including technical lead manager and senior software engineer within the Economy Team, focusing on subscriptions, commerce, immersive ads, payments, and fraud. Prior to Roblox, Shweta worked at Microsoft from January 2016 to December 2018 as a software engineer, contributing to the OneNote Education Team, the development of the Office Lens mobile application, and as a core developer for the Seeing AI project. Shweta began their career as a software engineer intern at IBM in 2015. Shweta holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering and Management from McMaster University, completed in 2017.
