Youngwan Lim

Youngwan Lim is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in software development and engineering roles. Currently serving as a Principal Software Engineer at Roblox since September 2022, Youngwan Lim leads the AI / ML Platform team, having implemented an automated LLM Labeling Platform integrated with Label Studio. Previously, Youngwan Lim held multiple positions at Coupang, including a Staff Software Engineer role, where an in-house A/B test platform was developed using Java, Scala, Spring, Spark, and Kafka. Earlier experience includes roles at Carousell, NAVER, and LG Electronics, where significant contributions were made in messaging platforms, search portal technologies, and mobile communication systems. Youngwan Lim earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Yonsei University.
