Zack Gossman

Zack Gossman is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as the Engineering Director for the Search & Discovery organization within Growth at Roblox since 2019, where significant achievements include driving intelligent content distribution and fostering data-driven product initiatives that have led to billions of hours of engagement. Prior to Roblox, Zack held the position of Senior Software Engineering Manager at Indeed.com, successfully managing teams to develop a real-time data analytics platform that increased sales effectiveness and streamlined processes. Zack's career also includes roles at DocuSign as a Technical Lead on the Stamps project and as a Senior Software Developer, as well as experience at Microsoft focused on Bing Maps. Zack holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California.
