Dan Braido has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Dan started their career as a Warehouse Assistant at Siemens Healthcare in 2002. From 2004 to 2005, they worked at Rutgers University as an Office Systems Designer, where they redesigned the office's methods and managed various administrative tasks. In 2007 and 2008, they had internship roles at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals Inc, where they conducted experiments and received training in manufacturing facilities.
In 2009, they joined the NJ Center for Biomaterials as an Assistant Researcher, focusing on managing biomimetic dissolution of pharmaceutical products and developing mechanistic models. From 2011 to 2011, they worked as a Co-op MRL PSCS at Merck, conducting various tasks including evaluating the adhesive propensity of pharmaceutical ingredients.
In 2012, they joined Process Systems Enterprise (PSE) as a Consultant, later taking on roles as a Senior Technical Consultant and Head of Applications Engineering. In these positions, they were responsible for client development, training, and management, and also led the development of oral absorption simulation products.
Dan Braido's most recent position is as the Chief Technology Officer at RoboBurger Inc, which they started in 2019. Overall, they have demonstrated expertise in technical consulting, research, project coordination, and management.
Dan Braido has a diverse education history. Dan obtained their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University in 2004. Dan then pursued their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering at Rutgers University from 2004 to 2009. Later, they continued their studies at Rutgers University, earning an M.S degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, as well as a PhD in Chemical and Biochemical Engineering from 2010 to 2012.
