Hao Liu

Hao Liu is an accomplished algorithm engineer currently working at Roborock since August 2021, focusing on the development of imaging and image processing algorithms for robotic vacuum cleaner products. Previous experience includes serving as an imaging engineer at NomiCam, where expertise in camera and optics characterization was honed, and as a software engineer at OptoFidelity, with a concentration on automated industrial systems, test automation, and computer vision. Additionally, tenure as a research assistant at Tampere University of Technology involved research on pre-training for convolutional neural networks, while earlier roles included software trainee positions with responsibilities in image processing, GUI programming, and software testing. Hao Liu holds a Master of Science in Signal Processing from Tampere University of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Information Science and Technology from Jilin University.
