Anna Olejniczak-Serowiec has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Anna started their career as an Intern at the travel agency "Sośniny" in 2011. From 2012 to 2016, they worked as a Freelance Translator and Trainer, providing trainings for various age groups on topics such as road rage, autopresentation, creativity, and emotional intelligence. During this time, they also gained experience as a Scientific Consultant and Research and Administrative Assistant at the Institute of Motor Transport.
In 2013, Anna became a Secretary at the Polish Society for Traumatic Stress Studies. Anna also took on roles at the University of Warsaw, where they worked as a Researcher at the Faculty of Psychology Marketing Department and as a Lecturer and Research Assistant. Their responsibilities included organizing events, conducting qualitative research, and managing social media profiles.
Anna later joined Kozminski University as a Career Consultant from 2014 to 2015. In 2017, they became a Technical Editor at Psychology of Language and Communication. Anna also worked as an HMI Expert and a Human Factors Consultant at ROBOCAR Technologies from 2017 to 2019.
Currently, Anna is working at Robotec.ai as a Project Manager and HMI Expert since April 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of HMI Expert from 2019 to March 2021.
Throughout their career, Anna has demonstrated their expertise in project management, human-machine interface, technical editing, research, training, and administration.
Anna Olejniczak-Serowiec began their education in 2008, earning a Bachelor's degree in English Studies from the University of Warsaw in 2013. Anna also pursued a one-year study abroad program with the Erasmus program at KU Leuven in 2010-2011, focusing on Psychology. Anna went on to pursue a Master's degree in Psychology at the University of Warsaw from 2008 to 2013. Anna then continued their education at the same university as a Ph.D. candidate in Psychology from 2013 to 2017, specializing in Traffic Psychology.
In addition to their academic achievements, Anna also obtained various certifications. In 2008, they received a Certificate in Advanced English from the University of Cambridge. In 2011, they obtained a Certificaat Nederlands als vreemde taal niveau 2 from KU Leuven. In 2013, they received a Certificat de competences en langue etrangere - Francais niveau B2 from Uniwersytet Warszawski. Anna also earned two certifications related to their field of study, including an Extended DISC Training Certification from Extended DISC in 2014 and a Wpis do ewidencji psychologów uprawnionych do wykonywania badań psychologicznych w zakresie psychologii transportu from Urzad Marszalkowski Wojewodztwa Mazowieckiego w Warszawie in 2014.
