Hardeep Sahota

Hardeep Sahota has worked in the Human Resources field since 2018. In 2019, they began working at Robots and Pencils as a Senior Talent Experience (HR) Generalist. In this role, they managed the HRIS system, offboarding process, and learning and development initiatives. Hardeep also held the roles of Talent Experience (HR) Generalist and Coordinator. Prior to this, they worked at Mount Royal University, Human Resources Department as a Human Resources Coordinator Co-op Student. In this role, they participated in labour relations activities, assisted an independent consultant in creating a fundamental manual for Mount Royal University, and researched Alberta Employment Standards information.

Hardeep Sahota obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Mount Royal University in 2018, majoring in Human Resources Management and Services. In February 2019, Hardeep became a CPHR Candidate through CPHR Alberta.
