Melissa McKrell

Melissa McKrell has a diverse work experience that spans from 2007 to 2021. In 2007, they worked as a journalist and photographer for The Temple News. From 2008 to 2009, they were a research intern for Urban Tree Connection and a grants intern for Coprodeli USA. In 2010, they worked as a Development Officer for The Neighborhood Academy. From 2012 to 2018, they worked at the Oncology Nursing Society, first as an IT Business Analyst and then as a Digital Marketing Coordinator and Communications Coordinator. Finally, from 2018 to 2021, they worked as a Digital Product Manager Lead at PNC and then as a Senior Product Owner at Robots and Pencils.

Melissa McKrell obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and Urban Studies from Temple University between 2006 and 2010. Melissa also holds a Salesforce Certified User Experience Designer certification from Salesforce.
