Wankel Garingalao, CPA has over 13 years of experience in accounting and finance. Wankel began their career in 2007 as a Branch Accountant at Chinabanking Corporation. In 2009, they moved to Sakamoto Orient Chemicals Corp as an Accounting Supervisor. In 2011, they joined Deutsche Knowledge Services, Deutsche Bank Group as a Product Accountant, where they were responsible for reconciliation of Bond transactions and posting adjustments for IFRS and Head Office compliance. In 2012, they became an Accounts Officer at Oasis Investment Company. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Senior Corporate Accountant at BiG OS Corporation (formerly Flexisource IT). Afterwards, they worked as a Financial & Admin Clerk (Mat. coverage) at New Age Services. In 2017, they became a Contract Accountant at Accountemps. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as an Accounting Technician at Zag Bank. Most recently, they joined Avenue Living Communities as an Analyst, Financial Reporting, where they provided end to end accounting function for two companies under the Avenue Living Communities group. Wankel also joined Robots and Pencils as a Director of Accounting and as a Senior Accountant, where they prepared the monthly consolidated balance sheets and profit and loss statements, including review of statements for accuracy, investigated and resolved discrepancies.

Wankel Garingalao, CPA obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accountancy from Jose Rizal University between 2004 and 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Financial Accounting from Far Eastern University between 1999 and 2003. Wankel then went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Jose Rizal University between 2008 and 2011. In 2006, they obtained their Certified Public Accountant certification from the Philippine Professional Regulation Commission. Finally, in 2014, they obtained a Certified Management Accountant Philippines certification from CMA Australia in Philippines.
