Jonathan Cummins

Jonathan Cummins is an experienced executive with a significant background in customer success and commercial operations. Currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer at Robotto Co since December 2023, Jonathan previously held the role of Chief Customer Officer at Container xChange, where responsibilities included customer onboarding, support, and achieving retention targets. Prior to that, Jonathan was VP of Customer Success at Labster, Head of Customer Experience at SUPERB, and Director of Customer Success at Trustpilot, managing a vast customer base and driving substantial annual recurring revenue. Jonathan's earlier career included roles in sales management and analytical science, alongside a stint as a professional footballer. Jonathan earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
