Paolo Boni has a diverse range of work experience. Paolo started in 2016 as a Product Designer and Beta Tester at colorFabb, where they worked until 2017. During this time, they also worked as a Designer and 3D Print Freelancer at EUMAKERS. In 2017, they worked as an Animation Designer and Video Maker at AM Instruments, where they created a successful product video. From 2016 to 2017, they also worked as a Teacher of 3D Printing at Liceo scientifico Bagatta.
In 2018, Paolo worked briefly as a Video Designer at Torrefazione Caffè DF. In 2019, they joined MIT Design Lab as a Research and Development Designer, where they worked on industrial design and user experiences, creating prototypes for cutting-edge wearable tech. In 2020, they moved to the MIT Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (CSAIL) and worked as an Industrial Design Engineer for new technologies.
Later in 2020, Paolo joined Roboze as a User Experience and Interface Designer. However, in 2023, their role and job title changed to UX, XR & CGI Designer, where they focused on user experience design, XR design (including VR and AR experiences), and CGI creation.

Paolo Boni's education history begins with their completion of a Diploma superiore in Liceo Scientifico from Liceo Bagatta Desenzano in 2014. Paolo continued their education at Politecnico di Milano, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Product Design in 2017. In the same year, Paolo also obtained a TOEIC language certificate from Linguaviva. Paolo then pursued further education at Politecnico di Milano and completed a Master's degree in Design&Engineering in 2020. Currently, they are involved in an internship at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, specializing in Industrial and Product Design.
