Desiree Perez is the CEO of Roc Nation, a position they have held since 2015. Prior to that, they were the president of Pyer Moss, a fashion company. Desiree has also served as the CEO of REFORM Alliance, a criminal justice reform organization, and as the president of The 40/40 Club, a nightclub chain.
