Gavin Dent's work experience includes roles at Roc Search, Capita Resourcing, Computer Futures, and Connells Estate Agents. Gavin started their career at Connells Estate Agents as a Valuations Manager, where they were responsible for coordinating and conducting valuations and looking after vendors. Gavin then worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Computer Futures, building and maintaining relationships with clients and ensuring their needs were met. Gavin later joined Capita Resourcing as a Principal Recruitment Consultant.
