Aliyah Ali

Aliyah Ali has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries and roles. In 2017, they volunteered as a Sales Assistant at Thames Hospice for two years. During their time there, they gained valuable experience in customer service and sales. In the same year, Aliyah began working as a Tutor at Explore Learning. Aliyah'sresponsibilities included tutoring children in maths and English, both in a center and remotely. Aliyah also taught 11+ classes regularly.

In 2022, Aliyah participated in the FastFutures Programme at Avado, where they focused on improving their knowledge of marketing, innovation, and finance. Over a three-month period, they completed weekly modules, collaborated on group projects, and balanced their job responsibilities. The program allowed their to develop professionally by expanding their network and establishing new connections. Additionally, in the same year, they completed a teaching placement at Waingels Community College. During this placement, Aliyah observed lessons, assisted with classroom activities, and developed crucial time management and organizational skills.

Finally, in 2023, Aliyah joined Roc Technologies as a Junior Account Manager.

Aliyah Ali attended the University of Reading from 2019 to 2022, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Sciences, with a focus on the general field of study. Prior to that, they attended Newlands Girls' School, where they completed A levels in Biology, Chemistry, and Maths. In addition to their academic qualifications, they obtained the certification of HPE Sales Certified - Aruba Networking Solutions Professional from Hewlett Packard Enterprise in April 2023.
