Chelsea Chamberlin

Chelsea Chamberlin has worked at Roc Technologies since 2016, starting as a Project Manager and later serving as a Principle Service Delivery Manager. Chelsea has project managed multiple work streams on large, technical, and secure network deployments, working with budgets exceeding £10 million and managing technical teams and multiple stakeholders. Chelsea is currently serving as the Head of Delivery in an interim role.

Prior to Roc Technologies, Chelsea worked at Lockheed Martin from 2014 to 2016. Chelsea initially started as a Software Engineer and later transitioned into a management and software planning role. In this role, Chelsea troubleshooted and fixed faults on the operational air traffic management system and designed and ran regression and unit coverage testing prior to build releases. Chelsea managed a team of nine software engineers, ensuring they met customer budget, resource, and deadline targets.

Chelsea Chamberlin attended City of Portsmouth College from 2014 to 2016, where they obtained a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Computing and Systems. It is not specified if they obtained any additional certifications during this time.
