Alex Umaña MacEo

Alex Umaña Maceo is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in system administration, database analysis, and technical support. Currently serving as an IT Dev Analyst and System Administrator at ROCCA since June 2018, Alex has previously held roles as a Database System Analyst and IT Help Desk Specialist at Claro Costa Rica, focusing on system administration, data handling, and incident management. Earlier experience includes programming using Delphi and MySQL at Grupo Indico Ltda and providing technical support during an internship at the Instituto Costarricense de Acueductos y Alcantarillados. Alex's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering from UISIL and a technical degree in Data Communication and Telecommunications from Instituto Nacional de Aprendizaje.
