Jamie Ward

Jamie Ward, MBA, has extensive experience in the hospitality and entertainment industries, currently serving as General Manager at Rocco's Tacos and Tequila Bar since November 2020, following a role as Assistant General Manager. Prior to this, Jamie worked as Entertainment Director of Boxi Park for Tavistock Restaurant Collection and held the position of Entertainment Director at The Edison in Disney Springs under Patina Restaurant Group. A significant tenure at CityWalk at Universal Orlando Resort spanned over 18 years, where Jamie excelled as Revenue Operations Manager, overseeing the operational efficiency of 36 venues, as well as managing nightly entertainment across multiple locations. Jamie's earlier roles included Entertainment Stage Manager for various productions at Universal Orlando Resort. Academically, Jamie earned a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, along with an Associate’s Degree from Valencia College.
