Terence Shepherd, CMAA, CPA, MST, is a seasoned financial professional with a diverse background in accounting and consultancy. Currently serving as a Partner at Citrin Cooperman since July 2024, Terence has a longstanding commitment to community service as the Volunteer Executive Director of Why Me & Sherry's House, a charity founded by Sherry Shepherd, addressing pediatric cancer needs. Previously, Terence was a Principal and founding member of ROCG, where expertise centered on exit and transition planning for privately owned businesses, and served as the Managing Partner of Shepherd & Goldstein LLP from its inception in January 1980 until July 2024. Terence holds a BS in Accounting and a Master's in Taxation from Bentley University.
