Dongrong Wen

Dongrong Wen is a Senior DevOps Engineer at Roche since July 2012, specializing in the design and implementation of CI/CD automation pipelines on AWS and building infrastructure using CloudFormation and Terraform. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Software Engineer, focusing on data integration and ETL processes within the Hadoop ecosystem, and as a Bioinformatics Scientist delivering analysis for sequencing projects. Dongrong's earlier career involved postdoctoral research in data mining and machine learning at NJIT, development of a pattern prediction model for RNA structures, and instructional roles in programming courses. Additionally, an internship at Goldman Sachs involved enhancing tools for UNIX System Administrators, and early experience as a System Software Engineer included developing software for embedded systems at the Industrial Technology Research Institute. Dongrong holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from New York University.
