Jana Glogowski

Jana Glogowski is currently serving as the Global Head of People Insights Consulting at Roche since August 2021, following roles as Insights Partner and Product Manager. Previously, Jana worked at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from September 2019 to July 2021 in strategy consulting and held a position in digital strategy and transformation at EY from October 2018 to March 2019. Jana's experience also includes a tenure in inhouse consulting at Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany, from October 2017 to February 2018. Academically, Jana holds a Master of Science in Psychology/Neuroscience from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and has engaged in visiting research at the University of Cambridge focused on music cognition. Additionally, Jana enjoyed a study abroad experience in psychology at UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal and earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Economics from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin.
