Johanna Bendell

Johanna Bendell is an experienced leader in the oncology field, currently serving as Global Head of Oncology at Roche since July 2021. Prior roles include Interim Director and Chief Development Officer at Sarah Cannon from December 2017 to July 2021, along with significant positions at Sarah Cannon Research Institute, Duke University Medical Center, Harvard Medical School, and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Johanna Bendell's academic background includes a Doctor of Medicine degree from The University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Chicago.
