Walter Schroder

Walter Schroder is an experienced engineering professional with over 25 years in the aerospace industry. Currently serving as Director of Manufacturing Technical Support at Roche since September 2020, Walter previously held multiple leadership roles at Honeywell Aerospace from 2005 to September 2020, including Director of Program Engineering and Director of Project Engineering for the Americas Manufacturing Operation Centers. Walter's extensive background includes strategic and tactical support for global OEMs, project management for new product introductions, and significant achievements in repair development engineering. Early career roles at Goodrich Turbomachinery and Pratt & Whitney involved manufacturing and methods engineering, where Walter contributed to the production of critical turbine components for military applications. Walter holds a Master of Science in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
