Frank Shambarger

Frank Shambarger is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Rochester Electronics, LLC since March 2022, Frank has previously held significant positions at L-com Global Connectivity and Infinite Electronics, Inc., including Director and Vice President of Human Resources. With a background as Global Director of Total Rewards at WEX Inc. and Director of Human Resources at Amistco Separation Products, Frank has managed HR functions in diverse environments, overseeing large teams and significant employee bases globally. Frank’s foundational education includes a B.S. in Business Administration from UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics and advanced studies at UCLA Anderson School of Management.
