Steve Shermer

Steve Shermer currently serves as the Director of Process Engineering and Equipment Manager at Saras Micro Devices since September 2022. With a significant tenure at Rochester Electronics since August 2014 as the Director of Assembly Engineering, Steve focuses on evolving and expanding semiconductor assembly services and product offerings. Prior experience includes serving as Process Engineering Manager at St. Jude Medical from December 2005 to August 2014, overseeing sustaining process engineering activities for micro electronic medical hybrids. Additional roles include Product Manager at Datacon North America and Director of Package Development at Amkor Technology, along with customer support management at Kulicke & Soffa from 1983 to 1997.
