James Grim

James Grim possesses over 28 years of extensive experience in Right of Way and real estate, with a significant tenure at Rochester Gas and Electric since December 1967. Currently serving as a Senior Right of Way Agent at multiple organizations, including Universal Land Services, G&P, and Markwest-Ohio since November 2012, James has a well-rounded background working on various pipeline projects, encroachments, and wind projects. James has completed 26 courses from the International Right of Way Association and holds a degree in Real Estate from the Rochester Institute of Technology, further enhancing expertise in the field.
