Steve Beimesche

Steve Beimesche is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as the Director of Food and Beverage at The Cincinnatian Hotel since January 2019. Additionally, Steve has been a Manager at Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery since January 2016, responsible for controlling liquor costs, inventory management, and staff scheduling. Prior to this, Steve worked as a Bartender/Manager for Norwegian Cruise Line, overseeing the bar operations on the Pride of America and managing inventory for 13 bars. Steve's career also includes a role as a Bartender/Supervisor at Hilton Hotels & Resorts from September 2012 to January 2016. Steve holds a degree in Hospitality Management from The Ohio State University, earned between 2001 and 2006.
